Express busses to and from the airport

There will be two direct express bus lines to the airport with comfortable coaches – the AirportShuttle BER1 from South-West Berlin and the BER2 from Potsdam. Both lines will be subject to a surcharge under the VBB pricing system. The bus timetables are integrated into the VBB travel info. The buses offer greater comfort, have step-free access and provide plenty of space for luggage.

The BEX AirportShuttle BER1 runs once an hour between S+U Rathaus Steglitz and Flughafen BER – Terminal 1-2. The journey takes around 45 minutes. The VBB pricing system is valid for this line, plus a comfort surcharge of 8 EUR per journey (VBB season ticket holders only pay a 7 EUR surcharge). BER2

The BER2 bus line from the bus operator Anger travels between Potsdam Hbf and the airport 15 times a day – timed so as not to clash with the RB22 trains. The full journey takes just under an hour, with special stops in Stahnsdorf und Teltow. At the airport, there are stops at both Terminal 5 and Terminals 1-2. The VBB pricing system also applies on this line, plus a surcharge of 6 EUR per journey – only 5 EUR for season ticket holders. A single journey therefore costs 9.30 EUR (Berlin BC + surcharge).
