Arrive better with the VBB app!

The terms and conditions of HandyTicket Deutschland and the current version of the VBB Tariff will apply. In particular the following points have to be observed:

• Your mobile device has to be in-operation during the journey.
• The ticket has to be purchased and stored in the device before boarding.
• Mobile phone tickets are valid for immediate travel.
• Day tickets can be purchased in advance, too.
• Mobile phone tickets are non-transferable.
• Mobile phone tickets are excluded from reimbursement according to VBB tariff

You can buy additional tickets for companions, dogs and bicycles and show all the tickets via your mobile device at a control.

If you no longer wish to use the mobile phone ticket service and wish to delete your account, simply log in to the VBB customer portal. Cancellation is possible there.

Access reactivation can be made via the VBB-Costumer Portal or via VBB Hotline (+49(0)30 25 41 41 41).

If payment problems arise, your mobile ticket account will be locked and you will receive a corresponding text message with the information. To unlock a locked mobile phone ticket account, please contact handyticket@logpay.de.

When purchasing your 4-journey ticket, the full price for all four value coupons has already been calculated. The first value coupon of the 4-journey ticket can be used immediately. The value coupons 2, 3 and 4 are stored in the background. When buying the value coupons 2, 3 or 4, you will automatically receive them showing a 0 value.
If further value coupons of a 4-journey ticket are used for companions, multiple coupons can be activated in succession. After a tariff adjustment, all unused value coupons of a 4-journey ticket will remain valid.
