The VBB Verkehrsverbund Berlin- Brandenburg GmbH (in the following: the VBB) takes the protection of personal data very seriously and, therefore, informs you in detail about the use of your data: For use of personally identifiable data, the VBB is governed by the applicable data protection laws such as the Bundesdatenschutzgesetz (Federal Data Protection Act) (BDSG) and the Telemediengesetz (German Telemedia Act) (TMG).
Collection, Processing, Use and Circulation of Data
Generally speaking, you may access our Web site without providing any personal information. In the individual cases where your name, address or other personal data is necessary, you shall be informed beforehand. If you send an enquiry, order products in our shop or order the newsletter, we will collect personal data from you, e.g. your name, your address, your telephone number, your e-mail address.
Without your specific permission, we will only use the data communicated by you for the fulfilment and completion of your enquiry, booking of assistance services or ordering of publications.
